Cash withdrawal methods are available by country, letting you withdraw cash to foreign or local accounts.

To USD bank accounts

Withdrawals to US dollar bank accounts are available in select countries via push ACH or wire transfer to accounts in your name. To withdraw you must first link your bank account as a payment method, then visit your Cash tab and follow these steps:

1. Tap Deposit
2. Select USD Bank transfer
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and tap “Next”
4. Select your delivery method as ACH or Wire transfer
5. Confirm the withdrawal

To USDT wallets

Withdrawals via the TRON network are available in select countries. A withdrawal fee will apply, and withdrawals sent to other networks will be lost. To withdraw, visit your Cash tab and follow these steps:

1. Tap Withdraw
2. Select USDT wallet
3. Scan a QR code or paste an address from a compatible USDT wallet
4. Enter the amount to withdraw
5. Confirm the withdrawal

To local or foreign currency accounts via Send Globally

You can withdraw cash to select domestic and foreign currency accounts, owned by either you or a 3rd party. This service lets you send from your cash balance, through Bitcoin’s Lightning Network, and have the funds converted and delivered as your designated currency. Learn more.

1. Tap Send
2. Select Send Globally
3. Select your recipient’s country
4. Enter your recipient’s phone number and receiving account details
5. Enter a cash amount to send or tap Switch Currency to denominate in your recipient’s currency (if applicable)
6. Review the transaction and confirm the send

Bitcoin or Lightning wallet

You can send your cash value via the Bitcoin or Lightning Networks. When sending to a Bitcoin or Lightning wallet, your cash will be converted to bitcoin and sent through either the Bitcoin or Lightning Network, and delivered to the designated wallet.
