To update information relating to your identity, such as your legal name, SSN, or residential address, you will need to contact support@strike.me from your email address linked to your Strike account and request a change. Our support team will respond with a secure link where you will be able to submit the necessary documents to prove your updated information, which may include:
If you believe there's a transaction discrepancy on your tax form, our support team is available to assist. Please contact support@strike.me from the email address linked to your Strike account, explaining the discrepancy that needs correction. Our support team will work to resolve the issue quickly, however, in some cases we may ask you to provide supporting documentation via a secure link.
After reviewing your correction request, we’ll issue a corrected tax form if necessary. If the correction occurs before the tax filing deadline, your tax form will be replaced with a corrected version. However, if the correction happens after the tax filing deadline, you’ll receive a “corrected tax form”, which will be available in the Strike app alongside your original, unedited tax form.
